The Grand is full of spas and salons, a huge heat outdoor pool, a super large pool deck, and 4 very large outdoor jacuzzies. The park next door has every type of sports you can think of from yoga & vita course, to basketball, tennis, and even beach volleyball, as well as a large outdoor workout gym and fenced dog parks.

Location
Located within the Omni district of Downtown Miami, The Grand was built in 1986 and is one of Miami’s iconic landmarks. It was designed by Toombs, Amisano and Wells, an Atlanta architectural firm, and the building functions as both a condominium and a hotel. The hotel section was renovated in 2004.
